Criminal Contact Stygian has a reliable and trustworthy contact who acts as his liaison to a network of other spies. He knows how to get messages to and from this contact, even over great distances; specifically, he knows the local messengers, corrupt caravan masters, and seedy sailors who can deliver messages for him.
